Before you write in
Most questions are answered on the FAQ. If you are asking about a specific lot, include the SKU and, for an existing order, the order reference beginning AB- — it makes the answer faster.
Requesting documentation
Certificates of analysis are available by request for the batch supplied. Name the SKU and, where it matters to your protocol, ask for the specific lot before ordering rather than after. What each section of the document establishes is covered in how to read a COA.
Order status
Orders remain pending until payment is verified on-chain. If you have submitted a transaction ID and want to check progress, send the order reference by WhatsApp.
